VR777 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Using Our Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you (the player) and VR777 (the platform). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or accessing any part of the VR777 platform — whether through a browser or any other means — you confirm that you agree to these terms and will act in accordance with them at all times.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not create an account or use the VR777 platform. Continuing to use the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

VR777 is an entertainment platform strictly for adults. The minimum age to register and use the platform is 18 years. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

VR777 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player cannot verify that they are 18 or above, the account will be suspended and any balance held pending investigation. It is a serious matter and one we treat accordingly — there are no exceptions to this rule.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. If your contact details change, update your account profile as soon as possible. VR777 is not liable for issues arising from outdated contact information held on your account.

VR777 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its discretion without being required to provide a reason.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and PKR Transactions

All transactions on the VR777 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no hidden currency conversion fees — what you deposit in PKR is what appears in your account balance, and what you withdraw is paid back in PKR to the same payment method you used to deposit.

VR777 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players:

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. VR777 does not accept deposits from third parties — the payment source must belong to the registered account holder.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. VR777 reserves the right to request documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are indicated in your account dashboard. Withdrawals are returned to the same method used for the original deposit wherever possible.

5. Bonuses and Promotions Policy

VR777 offers welcome bonuses, deposit match promotions, cricket betting boosts and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to their own individual terms, which are published alongside each promotion on the Promotions page.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each offer
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are listed on each promotion
• Real money funds in your account are used before bonus funds when placing bets, unless the specific promotion states otherwise
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly
• VR777 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time if there is evidence of abuse, collusion or exploitation of the promotion
• One welcome bonus per player, per household address and per payment method

If VR777 determines that a player has attempted to abuse or manipulate any promotion — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited, and the account may be closed.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

VR777 offers cricket betting, PSL markets, T20 and international cricket betting alongside football, esports, live casino, slots, fish games and bingo. Different rules apply to different product categories, and players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game or market before placing a bet or wager.

Sports Betting: All bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the case of a match being abandoned, postponed or otherwise not completed to the minimum required duration, VR777's settlement rules for that specific market will apply. Live In-Play Betting: Bets placed during live events are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. VR777 is not responsible for delays in internet connections that may result in bets being placed at odds that have since changed. If a bet is accepted in error at incorrect odds due to a platform error, VR777 reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake.

Casino and Slot Games: All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. VR777 does not manipulate outcomes. In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be treated as void and the stake returned.

Minimum and Maximum Bets: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These are displayed at the point of placing a bet. VR777 reserves the right to adjust these limits for individual accounts or markets at its discretion.

7. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your VR777 login credentials. Your username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person. VR777 will never ask you for your password via email, phone or any other channel.

VR777 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has shared their credentials, used an insecure device or failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login details.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the VR777 platform and will result in account suspension or permanent closure, along with forfeiture of any balance:

• Registering more than one account
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Allowing another person to use your account or using another person's account
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform
• Engaging in money laundering or using VR777 to process funds from illegal sources
• Deliberately abusing bonuses, promotions or referral schemes
• Threatening, harassing or abusing VR777 support staff or other players

VR777 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity. Any funds associated with prohibited conduct may be frozen pending investigation.

9. Responsible Gaming

Common reasons for suspension include — but are not limited to — suspected fraud, breach of these terms, failure to complete identity verification, suspicious transaction patterns or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified where possible. You may be asked to provide documentation or information to resolve the suspension. VR777 will aim to resolve suspensions efficiently, but complex cases involving fraud investigations may take longer.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting support. If the closure is for responsible gaming reasons, VR777 will process the request promptly and apply appropriate restrictions. Any legitimate balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method after the standard withdrawal process is completed.

11. Limitation of Liability

VR777 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to keep the platform available and functioning correctly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect platform availability.

VR777 is not liable for losses arising from:

• Platform downtime or technical errors beyond our reasonable control
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Losses resulting from a player's own failure to secure their account credentials
• Decisions made by a player based on information displayed on the platform that contained errors VR777 was not aware of at the time

In all cases, VR777's liability is limited to the amount of funds held in the relevant player's account at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

VR777 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification where reasonably practical.
